How long will it take to carry out SMART repairs?
Depending on the difficulty of the job it can take between 2-4 hours. We’ll let you know the time we expect to take in advance.
Where do I need to have my car for you to carry out work?
We’re happy to carry out work anywhere outside that’s safe such as somewhere with off-road parking (not a road) or a driveway. This could be at your home or your place of work. The only thing we’ll need is a access to a plug socket.
What payment methods to you accept?
We have a few options for you, we accept bank transfer, cash and cheques.
Do you have insurance to carry our SMART repairs?
Completely. We want you to have peace of mind and know we have the right level of cover to protect your car should anything unexpected happen. We also have public liability insurance.
Can I use my car straight after you've finished?
Indeed you can. If we’ve had to apply paint then we do advise you wait at least 24 hours before washing your car though.
Are there certain weather conditions you won't work in?
The only weather we won’t work in is terrential storms that could take our gazebo for a scenic view around the area. Otherwise we’ll be there.
Do I need to be on-site for the repair to take place?
We’ll need you there for the keys but after that you can go about your day while we carry out the work.

How is a SMART repair done?
We use a 3M Trizact sanding discs to gently sand down the damage. We have a range of grades of sand discs to treat scratches or swirl marks and finish with machine polishing to achieve a high gloss finish.
